ClientExceptional and Highly Recommended Tour Guides in Madeira! My family and I had an absolutely fantastic experience with these two guides - a perfect Lithuanian and Portuguese duo! Their knowledge of Madeira, combined with their incredible warmth, made our trip unforgettable. They were exceptionally friendly, funny, and incredibly attentive to our needs and wishes, constantly adjusting the schedule to suit us. A huge highlight of their service was their adaptability with our children: when my daughter was nervous about riding in the Jeep, the guide immediately switched to a more comfortable car just for her. This level of personalized care is truly rare and deeply appreciated. They took us to authentic, stunning places that we never would have found on our own. What impressed us the most was the sincerity of the guides and their desire to be different from everyone else. During the tour, the guides themselves offered to take pictures, and they devoted a lot of time to it - and for tourists, this is very important :) The guides' transport was also very comfortable. Great lunch location - high-quality food, recommendations - they even took care of getting us a table in a very picturesque place :) We were also impressed by the guides' flexibility - I applied late, but Kristina coordinated and found suggestions for us almost impromptu - this is truly professional! And of course - the most delicious Poncha we drank - thanks to the guide, freshly made at our place. We highly recommend it! Very, very warm people! 5/5
